This is a rare, out of print book that was written by Anne Lincoln, an assistant  social secretary of the Kennedy White House, and with the knowledge and cooperation of  Jacqueline Kennedy. This book reads like a high quality scrapbook and is filled with photographs and descriptions of the Kennedys entertaining at the White House. It also contains State Dinner guest lists and menus.

There is an introduction written by Pierre Salinger, who served as a press  secretary to both President Kennedy and President Lyndon Johnson. The book  comes with the original dust jacket. Most photos are in black and white but there are 8 pages of color photos.

Condition: This book is in very good condition. All pages are clean and intact. The end pages show a small amount of discoloration and the inside back cover has the name "Norman Stillman" written in red ink. The book covers are clean,  white and fresh. The spine of the cover is bright blue with gold stripes and lettering. The gold is intact and in excellent condition. The book jacket is in fair condition with some worn surface on the front and back and some speckled discoloration along the spine.
