This letter is a demand for repayment of a loan made by A.T. Wood to Thomas Tells. Apparently, Mr. Tells had not been responsive to Mr. Wood's earlier requests for repayment. The letter is printed on letterhead that promotes the benefits of the Oakdale, CA area, to convince prospects of the value of owning real estate in Oakdale.
